Pretty interesting stuff that come out of this documentary. It seems, the British has contributed to the might of the Japanese Empire. After 8 decades, the Official Secrets Files were open for scrutiny and one Colonel Sempill stood out as a key player in the making of the Japanese Empire. Most notably the secrets of the Japaanese aircraft carrier. Do watch the gripping documentary and it'll soon make sense why the British suffered a horrible defeat in Malaya and Singapore.

Here are some good news for model fans from the Malayan invasion. Both vehicles played a major role in the war. Looking at the launch pictures, the detailing is quite good. Hopefully it will be launched very soon from IBG. Pictures are taken form the Nuremberg Toy fair 2013. For more pics: http://www.primeportal.net/models/nuremberg_2013.htm

Here's a very interesting documentary that sheds new information about the invasion from Malaya downwards to Singapore. It pits both General Percival against General Yamashita in both tactics and equipment.
